Contact UsModern Dental Technology
Our team is constantly exploring new advancements in the field of dentistry when it comes to methods and equipment. We enjoy being able to invest in new technology that will make our patients’ visits faster and more comfortable and productive as well.
Intraoral Camera
Intraoral cameras are handheld devices that allow both the dentist and patient to get an up-close look at the patient’s teeth and gums. The camera sends a live feed to a screen, so our doctors can discuss the situation with the patient while they see their teeth in real-time. Intraoral cameras can also capture digital images which can be saved to a patients’ file and referenced later on.
Digital X-Rays
Digital X-Rays are far more convenient than traditional X-rays. Digital X-Rays capture clear digital images that are available almost instantly. They can be enhanced as well, which makes diagnosing issues and creating treatment plans easier and more accurate. They also emit up to 90% less radiation than traditional X-rays, making them safer for both patients and staff to use.
Relaxing Dental Sedation
Dental anxiety affects kids and adults alike, and it is more common than many patients realize. Fortunately, dental sedation can help relieve anxious thoughts, whether you need it for an advanced restorative treatment or a routine cleaning and exam. Our office offers nitrous oxide sedation, which is administered through a comfortable mask that is placed over the nose during treatment. As the patient breathes in the odorless gas, they begin to feel happy and lightheaded, and the effects wear off within minutes of removing the mask.
Convenient Care When You Need It
Dental Solutions of Central Park accepts same-day emergency appointments. Should you or a loved one need to see an emergency dentist right away for a broken tooth, swollen gums, or a dental abscess, please give our office a call so we can assist. We also like to offer same-day treatment post-diagnosis whenever possible to reduce the number of times that patients have to schedule visits with our team. We also encourage families to schedule family block appointments with our office, so your entire household can be taken care of all at once!
